Construction services for construction of outdoor learning areas to be Started June 30, 2025 and Completed by August 23, 2025. Includes but is not limited to landscaping and wood-constructed outdoor learning installations. See project drawings for locations (16 school sites) and the various installations and landscaping details. The sites have been divded into four regions (West, Central, East, South): Location Build Size Region Holy Cross L Central St. Augustine M Central St. George L Central St. Gregory S-M Central St. Thomas More S-L East Assumption M East Chapel Hill S-L East Monsignor Paul Baxter M-L South St. Andrew M South St. Catherine M-L South Guardian Angels M West Holy Redeemer L West Holy Spirit M West Our Lady of Peace M West St. John the Apostle M West St. Rose of Lima M West The Board intends to award each region separately to the Respondent with the lowest combined offer in each region. The Board will award up to a maximum of Two (2) regions to any Respondent. Regions will be awarded at the Board’s discretion. Successful Contractors will be required to provide a schedule of values for each site and include the following line items:

Awarded Summary
